By read the article on internet I found some interesting Facts about Indian Cricket Team:

  • Bapu Nadkarni sent down 131 deliveries (21.5 over’s) without conceding a single run vs. England at Madras in 1964.
  • Dilip Vengsarkar was the first batsman to score three centuries at Lord`s.
  • England lost their last seven wickets for 10 runs against India at Gwalior on March 4, 1993.
  • England’s John Jameson, who was born in India, made his highest Test score( 82 ) against India.
  • G.R.Viswanath is the only Indian player to score a duck and a century on debut.
  • India had to wait for a period of 19 years & 230 days before registering its first victory.
  • India is the only team to be dismissed twice in a single day of test match.
  • India’s Abbas Ali Baig was the first batsman to hit a century on debut against England in England.
